Top Tools Apps Performance on Android in Italy, Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of top tools apps on the Android platform in Italy showcased varied trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s how the leading apps fared during this period.

NordVPN – fast VPN for privacy consistently increased its weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $23K in early September. Downloads peaked at 9K in mid-August, while active users climbed to around 263K by late September.

AVG AntiVirus & Security showed a steady revenue increase, reaching around $9.6K in late September. Downloads started strong at 17K in early July but gradually declined to 8K by the end of the quarter. Active users fluctuated, peaking at approximately 678K in early September.

iRISCO demonstrated a gradual revenue increase over the quarter, with a high of about $9.2K at the end of September. Despite low download numbers, active users remained relatively stable, ending the quarter at around 5.6K.

Avast Antivirus & Security experienced a revenue peak of roughly $6.6K in late September. Downloads started at 8K in early July, decreasing to 4K by the quarter's end. However, active users saw a significant peak of 452K in mid-August.

Norton360 Antivirus & Security increased its revenue to about $4.7K in early September. Downloads remained relatively stable, hovering around 4K throughout the quarter. Active users showed a slight increase, reaching approximately 79K in early September.
